This is the initial stage in which the rice is still at its armature condition in the sense that their roots are still tender that they can still bend or direct their posture to nay direction at all. After clearing the land , you will then spread some seeds of rice on the nursery and cover it with grasses. The soil in which the rice seed is been used to make a rice bed should be a loamy soil in other to radiate an effective growth for the rice seeds engaged on the nursery bed.
